Change of environment is stressful for anyone especially little puppies. Make sure to spend adequate time with your new puppies especially during the first week. We recommend to have a pet bed and crate(for training and sleeping purposes) ready in your home to create a welcoming and secure environment. Please make sure your puppy is eating and drinking well and has plenty of exercise!
We require each puppy to see a professional DVM within 3 days of arriving with his new family to activate our guarantee. This confirms the puppy is in good health and gives an opportunity for your DVM to assign future visits in accordance to the vaccination schedule.
Our guarantee is active for ONE YEAR from date of purchase and covers any life threatening congenital or inherited birth defect if any should be discovered(not including anything mentioned before purchase).

We do not accept responsibility for any vet bills that occur after our 3 day grace period including(but not limited to) viruses contracted from failure to follow vaccine and deworming schedules.
